Dress for the day you want! I have found that sometimes simple  things like getting my makeup on, or getting dressed in a certain way helps to lift my mood & put me back inside my own skin when the anxiety monster has a bit of a hold on me. If I can look in the mirror and see myself as “pulled together” it helps me see who I really am, not who the anxiety is trying to trick me into being. It’s a simple (but sometimes not easy!) way to love myself. Love yourself first!
