This birdie looks very hopeful to me! A little hopefulness helps me so much when things feel intense. If I can think of things that make me feel hopeful, or even seek them out (pictures of new, sprouting plants, young people creating art or writing, photos of spring) it can help me lift myself up out of the pull of anxiety trying to get ahold of me. Find things that make you feel hopeful. Love yourself first.
