Not gonna’ lie folks—it’s been a challenging couple of weeks. I’ve had to put my own advice to work: slow down, connect to myself, talk to myself with kindness, seek joyful things as a respite, get solid support from my therapist, and put paint to paper. I’m doing ok! I know I am ok, and I know that as I use the tools I have learned and that I share, I will get better and better. The only way out is through. A little pumpkin spice doesn’t hurt either!! Whatever you’ve got going on, love yourself thorough it.
